Job Overview:
This role is responsible for managing multiple HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting payroll activities. The HRIS Administrator will collaborate with the HRIS team and other HR members while ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain HR systems for accurate record-keeping and database management.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with at least 2+ years required.

2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

2+ years of KRONOS/Dimensions Timekeeping and backend proficiency.

Experience with system transition and implementation.

Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.

Strong time-management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Strong sense of urgency, positive team spirit, and strict adherence to deadlines.
