  • Operate lathes, grinders, and plasma equipment to achieve production goals in line with set specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and promptly notify supervisors of any malfunctions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the lead or supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with manual lathes and grinders.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and using measuring/inspection tools.
  • Willingness to work on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
