The Powder Coat Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the powder coating process, ensuring consistent quality, efficient production, and a safe working environment. This includes supervising a team of powder coaters, maintaining equipment, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in coating technology preferred.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in powder coating, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, materials, and equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting (MS Excel, ERP systems).
