Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full time, first shift opportunity working Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. This position is paying $22/HR and has room for growth and advancement internally! Looking for a motivated individual to perform general Administrative duties on a contract to hire assignment.
- Place and track part orders from various suppliers
- Monitor and document tariff charges, including purchase order dates and related tracking details
- Accurately transfer data from supplier invoices to internal excel spreadsheets
- Match parts and related information in our internal software system
- Track and record the country of origin for all incoming parts
- Generate and issue customer invoices using internal software tools
- Maintain up-to-date records to ensure all entries are completed by the monthly deadline
- Ensure accuracy and consistency when working with numerical data and documentation
- Meet catch-up deadlines as needed (e.g., current goal: end of next week)
