Accurate and timely data entry, filing, scheduling, and record maintenance. Timely and professional communication with customers via phone calls and emails. Organized creation of shipping documentation and tracking of deliveries. Processing of customers orders, including creation of shop work orders. Assistance with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and AR/AP entry. Coordinate purchasing activities, including obtaining quotes, placing orders for materials, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely production support. Packaging of product to support to production as needed. Provide support to management and production as needed. Adherence to ISO9001/AS9100 quality procedures. Willingness to improve and drive advancements in the admin process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.  Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or customer service (manufacturing or fabrication industry a plus). Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred. Experience with purchasing or procurement in a production/manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems (a plus).  Experience with MRP/ERP
