Accurate and timely data entry, filing, scheduling, and record maintenance. Timely and professional communication with customers via phone calls and emails. Organized creation of shipping documentation and tracking of deliveries. Processing of customers orders, including creation of shop work orders. Assistance with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and AR/AP entry. Coordinate purchasing activities, including obtaining quotes, placing orders for materials, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely production support. Packaging of product to support to production as needed. Provide support to management and production as needed. Adherence to ISO9001/AS9100 quality procedures. Willingness to improve and drive advancements in the admin process.
