The Quality Manager will work in a hands on capacity to ensure manufactured products meet specifications through establishment and implementation of quality processes. Analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement. and supervise, train and manage a team of quality technicians.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement quality control systems, standard operating procedures and processes 
- Collect, analyze and report on quality data
- Manage company quality management system. Conducting internal audits on the QMS and manufacturing processes to identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions 
- Training of quality team and floor personnel on quality standards and processes
- Investigate customer complaints to drive improvements
- Implement quality improvements and develop quality metrics 
- Lead ISO audits and re certifications
