Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced ACME Operator to operate multiple spindle screw machines in a precision manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for producing high-quality components while maintaining tight tolerances, following blueprints and setup sheets, and ensuring production standards are met. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, performing in-process inspections, making machine adjustments, and maintaining equipment throughout the shift.

Candidates should have experience operating ACME screw machines, strong shop math skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets. Experience with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, gage pins, and optical comparators is preferred. A background in quality procedures, ISO manufacturing environments, and machining processes is a plus. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
