Job Description
The Electromechanical Assembler works as part of the production team to solder, assemble, connect, and secure electronic and electromechanical components. Responsibilities include using hand-soldering techniques, hand tools, and production equipment to assemble and test components according to established specifications, wiring diagrams, processes, and procedures. The employee will perform quality inspections, identify and report assembly issues, complete repairs or rework when needed, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Candidates must have hand-soldering ability and be able to successfully complete the company’s internal soldering certification process. The position requires strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components. Candidates must be able to understand and follow fabrication procedures and wiring diagrams, maintain concentration while completing detailed tasks, and perform repetitive soldering and assembly work. The role also requires the ability to sit at a workbench for extended periods, move between production stations, visually inspect products and tools, and lift up to 25 pounds. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, and prior soldering experience or training is preferred.
