Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with experience supporting industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Experience rebuilding pumps, cylinders, valves, and blowers, troubleshooting motors, drives, controls, and PLC systems, and maintaining industrial processing equipment is preferred. Candidates should have experience reading equipment manuals and work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and working with OSHA and ISO standards. A high school diploma with trade certification is required, along with strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently.
