Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for Tool & Die to support the fabrication, assembly, repair, and development of precision tooling, dies, jigs, fixtures, and master tooling. This role will set up and operate CNC and conventional machine tools to produce precision components while working from blueprints, engineering drawings, CAD/CAM files, and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience, the ability to work with tight tolerances, and the capability to support tooling projects from concept through finished component.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining, tool and die, jig and fixture fabrication, or a similar precision manufacturing environment. Strong experience setting up and operating CNC and manual machine tools, interpreting blueprints and tool design drawings, calculating dimensions and tolerances, and producing finished components from engineering drawings is required. Candidates should be comfortable with precision inspection, fitting, grinding, polishing, and adjusting tooling components, while working independently and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
