The General Laborer / Sander will primarily be responsible for sanding metal plates and preparing products for the painting process. This position will also assist with hanging products for the painter and may support other areas of production as needed, including packaging finished products and assembling screw packs. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and moving between different tasks based on daily production needs.
