Job Description:
The Grinder/Deburrer is responsible for grinding, deburring, and finishing machined or fabricated parts to remove sharp edges, burrs, and excess material while maintaining required quality standards. This position will use hand tools, grinders, sanders, files, and other finishing equipment to smooth and clean parts, inspect finished pieces for defects or remaining burrs, and prepare components for the next stage of production. The Grinder/Deburrer will follow work instructions, maintain a clean and safe work area, and handle parts carefully to avoid damage during the finishing process.
