You will work side-by-side with our engineers and researchers to support metal powder production for our innovative spinoff business,  A day in this position will start with a quick review between team members of major goals for the day, then will involve moving into the lab to process orders for our customers. The tasks each day will fluctuate from processing and blending powder to packaging and shipping orders to maintaining inventory and performing quality control. This will be a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong team drive, and an ability to work with your hands and use/learn new tools. The ability to communicate well orally and in written form is critical for this position. This position will be very much hands-on and will require quick decision making in order to achieve efficient execution of our objectives and customer orders. Ability to work in a team. Ability to take and give direction. Technical mechanical or material experience. Experience with common manual and power tools.
