Responsible to assemble and test cable assembly and electro-mechanical product per the process specifications. Build and test wire product with some supervision, while conforming to IPC-620 with high attention to detail. Coach and instruct Assembler I on product build/test. Communicate and share proven assembly techniques. Basic understanding and usage of calipers and micrometers. and understanding and working knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications. Identify and set-up the appropriate testers with proper test mates. Utilize ring testers, multi-meters and test equipment. Perform pull test to determine crimp acceptability in accordance with requirements and record results as required. Meet all requirements for Assembler I position
