Client is willing to train assemblers to solder. Ideal candidate has PCB Soldering skills though.

Candidate should have basic electronic assembly skills. If they know how to solder, experience with Surface Mount (SMT) and/or Through Hole Soldering experience.
Will be reworking pc boards once they go thru the wave soldering machine.

please note, someone who is an experience solderer can start right away on 2nd shift.

If the candidates are interested in 2nd shift, they will need to train on first for 3-4 weeks and then switch to 2nd shift unless they have significant soldering skills.
