Job Description
The Assembler works as part of the production team to assemble headsets, subassemblies, electromechanical components, and other related parts. Responsibilities include using hand tools and production equipment to assemble and test components according to established specifications, procedures, and quality standards. The Assembler will complete quality inspections, identify and report production issues, perform minor repairs or rework when needed, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Candidates must have strong hand dexterity and the ability to work with small components while completing repetitive assembly tasks. The position requires attention to detail, consistent work quality, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow written fabrication and assembly procedures. Candidates must be able to work effectively as part of a team, remain seated at a workbench for extended periods, visually inspect products and tools, and lift up to 25 pounds. No formal education or previous manufacturing experience is required, although up to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
